Publications + Media

Over the years, our team at the Center has published and engaged with academic and media content. We hope it may be useful in other school safety endeavors!

Virtually Assisted School Team (VAST)

In collaboration with UM’s Counseling Department, graduate students provide mental, behavioral, and academic interventions via teleconferencing for struggling students.

SaferMT Tip Line

The SaferMT Tip Line is a 24/7/365 anonymous hotline to report any concerns regarding a school or student. See something? Say something!

Technical Training + Support

We can provide training and technical support to our community friends and partners, ranging from suicide prevention to threat assessment.

Montana School Safety Legislation

There are a lot of state laws. Use our compilation to keep your Montana school safe and up to code regarding disaster drills, discrimination, criminal reporting, and more!

We strive to provide our partners and colleagues with the resources to succeed. We have compiled academic research, applicable trainings and services we provide, as well as ways to connect. We believe that with proper training and support, we can ensure students feel safe at school.
